We meet to talk through your goals, exam board, current level and what you need from sessions.

I build a session plan tailored to your syllabus and the areas that you need to prioritise ahead of your exams.

All sessions are in a 5 or 10 hour block, where we methodically address knowledge gaps, practice assessment and build your confidence.

I provide regular updates on progress, including next steps and an evaluation of what's working.

I used to offer A-level English Literature, but the wide range of set texts across different exam boards and the frequency with which these texts change means I can’t give every student the depth of support I’d like, so I now focus on IGCSE and IB. If you spot an A-level mention while I tidy the site, thank you for your patience.

Sessions are generally 60 minutes and delivered via Google Meet. Prices are quoted in GBP — payment in other currencies welcome.

The trial session is a one-off introductory session, ideal if you'd like to meet an example tutoring lesson before committing to a package. If you go on to book a package within four weeks, the cost of your trial session will be credited towards it.
Every block includes: A free consultation to establish your individual requirements, then a personalised learning plan built around your specific exam board, texts and goals which is adapted as we go based on progress. Resources are shared after every session so you can revisit and consolidate what we've covered. Your parents will receive a detailed progress update at the end of every block, with two updates across a 10-hour block.
Blocks can be used as 60-minute, 90-minute or 120-minute sessions, in any combination — the hourly rate stays the same.
